BEN Niemitz

owner

Originally from Pennsylvania, Ben got his start in home remodeling after graduating from college. He moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast as a construction manager building LEED-certified homes with Habitat for Humanity. In 2011 he relocated to Alabama and opened his own firm building new homes and home renovations. 

When not working, he likes hiking and watching movies with his wife and four kids. He also enjoys wood-working and playing drums, guitar, and piano.

JAKE gattis

Jake graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Building Construction. He worked in commercial construction for five years  before making the switch to residential construction three years ago.


Jake is married with two sons and in his spare time he enjoys yard work and gardening, kayaking, and wood-working! 

Eric Trigg

Superintendent 

After graduating in 2005 from Austin High school in Decatur, AL, Eric moved his life out west living in Las Vegas, Portland, and Salt Lake City. While living in Salt Lake City, Eric started his career managing projects as a city inspector, then the Public Works superintendent, overseeing a crew of 11. At the beginning of 2022, he relocated back to his roots to be closer to his family and further his career in residential construction.

Eric loves the outdoors and his hobbies include fly fishing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and camping. When not working, he spends his free time with his family and friends.

Campbell mccoy

General Carpenter 

Campbell is a 21 year old entrepreneur. Throughout his middle school and high school career he has always looked for ways to add value to the people around him. His dream is to one day travel the world and help people in less fortunate positions. Through this goal a desire for financial freedom to support his mission trips led him down the path of real estate investing. Guild builders has given him the incredible opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the construction side of real estate. Campbell hopes to use this knowledge of construction to help build his real estate portfolio, as well as helping people repair their homes after natural disasters, and helping plant churches around the world.

Campbell’s passion outside of investing and work include mountain climbing, snowboarding, reading, and being outdoors.
